Book Launch // Materialisation in Art & Design – Sandberg Series #4 – Het Nieuwe Instituut – Rotterdam (NL)

It is with great pleasure that we announce the upcoming release and the related launch event of the book: Sandberg Series #4 / Materialisation in Art & Design (MAD).

The book, published by Sternberg Press and comprising contributions from Maurizio Montalti & Herman Verkerk, Jens Pfeifer, MAD Alumni, as well as invited prestigious external guests, will be launched on Thursday, June 20th, 2019 at 5 PM at Het Nieuwe Instituut (Rotterdam – NL).

During the programme, the authors will share reflections and perspectives about the collectively generated experience as part of the MAD Temporary Master Programme (2015-2017), run at Sandberg Instituut. Be ready to experience presentations, conversations and performative acts, with a focus on fundamental notions, ranging from the nature of the workshop and of the tools and skillsets characterising it, to what it means being a collective in contemporary times.
